I love this coffee! It takes delicious and is easy on the stomach.

This French roast is very nice but it isn't as strong as an Italian roast would be so I've been increasing the amount of coffee per water ratio to get the right coffee intensity I enjoy. Lifeboost Embolden Dark Roast is my usual choice. I really enjoy Lifeboost coffees and definitely notice they are less acidic.

Bold yet smooth; organic and clean so doesn’t hurt stomach with low acid. I switched to ground from beans, and just as good and freshly ground at plant.

For the price I thought this coffee was going to knock my socks off but I was disappointed. In fact I still have some leftover because I decided to open a different brew rather than finish this one. This was bitter to me. It didn't have the richness and complexity of flavors like my usual Bulletproof French Roast or my new favorite Mavericks Midnight Ride have. I wouldn't buy this again.

Great taste and I didn’t have any stomach problems, as I was having with other coffee. I am changing to Lifeboost coffee.

I ordered the ground by mistake. I am not getting the deep, rich flavor that I expected from French Roast. Unfortunately, the coffee isn't worth the high price. I needed to add creamer to make it palatable . I appreciate low acid and lab testing for toxins. I just opened the bag and did not get any fresh roasted aroma. The best by date is 9/25. It's now 1/25. SMH. My search for low acid coffee will continue .

I really enjoy my morning joe! I'm generally not a French roast enthusiast, but I do like strong coffee. First thing I did was brew a fresh hot mug, like I do every other morning. I typically use a 1/4 cup for my 16 oz mug. I did the same with this, wow! Really strong! The bag did not have a suggested amount, but on line, it is 1 tablespoon per 8 oz, half as much as I was using. Many of the sellers photos reflect iced coffee, I'm thinking maybe this is geared toward cold brews? The next time I made my coffee, I used two level tablespoons of Lifeboost, added a little coffee mate as I do not use sugar, and it was much smoother. Still has that French roast bite, though, which of course is what many French roast coffee drinkers prefer. Although the price of $2.10/oz at the time of review is a bit high for my taste, using half the typical amount adjusts that somewhat down. And, after a recent trip to Hawaii, Kona coffee was around $60.00/lb! For being organic, low acid, this has its pluses. The bag is an easy open zip tear-off, that's nice vs the typical grab and pull bags out there. I would like to try one of Lifeboosts other roasts.
