Great little kit for exfoliation!

Very hydrating

First of all, the set was meant to include a lip scrub, but I thought I had received two lip masks instead. In fact, what had happened was that a lip mask lid had been placed on the scrub tub. Secondly, one of the items contains hydrogenated soybean oil. I have a mild allergy to soy and nowhere on the listing did it state this allergen was included. Also, the back of the box lists the product ingredients separately, but doesn't say which one is which. As I'm only mild, I tried each product once to get an idea for them. The first one I used was the scrub. It had a fruity scent that reminded me of sweets, which I quite liked. Getting some of it onto my finger was a tough one. I had to really dig into it as it's solid. Application to my lips wasn't the easiest either. Rather than rubbing my lips back and forth, I had to do it with my finger to move it with more force. The grit is coarse and left my lips sore. Once dissolved, a light layer of oil was left behind. A couple of hours later and I noticed my lips had swollen around the outer edges. Next was the lip mask, which I used the applicator for. It's a firm mixture, so the tool helped, although I ended up with too much. The mask itself is gorgeous though. Thick, oily and buttery smooth is how I would describe it. The scent is almost non-existent. Two hours later and I could feel the mask coming to an end, which I was impressed with. The "yeast oil" feels decent, although the applicator wand feels strange and furry. As much as I like the lip mask, I'm disappointed with the set.

This is not the best quality lip set I've ever used, it's looks like a rip of another I've actually used and nowhere near as good of the quality. The scrub was very hard and didn't melt like expected when put on the lip, the lids were on the opposite product, but fortunately you can't miss what a scrub looks like. However it didn't irritate my skin and I tested it out over a few days and the lip oil was nice and nothing had bad odours and that is always the first sign for me that the ingredients aren't good.
