Easy to swallow doesn't smell too good but all the way around a decent product

My boyfriend has been taking these to prevent hair loss along with microneedling daily and he’s seen results. They are so effective and his nails have been looking great as well.

These vitamins work. They are more like a multivitamin, but whatever their recipe, I've seen growth in both hair and nails after spending 100's $ on other brands. Small easy to swallow capsules.

I don't think this brand is good. Didn't feel any different and my pee didn't change colors. I bought a different brand and my pee is neon yellow with it. So I won't buy it again

These are a great value for how effective they are! I've tried numerous vitamins from higher priced brands and these work just as well. They do leave a fish oil after taste. I've found that taking them before bed is the best route as the aftertaste is gone by morning. They are larger sized pills and you take 3 a day so if you struggle with that- these might not be the best route. Very effective and easy to add to routine!
