saddle damaged within 5 weeks
i really like the saddle, but the contour blocks have 4 large bolt type screws to hold them on the saddle flap, and within 5 weeks of buying this saddle from brand new, the screw heads have pierced the main body of the saddle exposing the filling,. contacting winte direct is pointless, they say take it back to the shop i bought it from. but the shop want to take it off me and send it back to the manufacturer, for an undetermined amount of time, they say a week, maybe two weeks maybe a month, they just dont know !!!!leaving me without a saddle.... so im not happy, this is a design fault and no after sales consideration for the horse rider that cant be without a saddle!
