Never able to get a sound consistently. Constantly readjusting them to no avail to be able to hear through them.

Only 4 stars because quite early. Hoping I can come back and update?I must say that Customer Service replies were quick and informative. It's only been 2 weeks. I'm adjusting to wearing each day w an additional hour. First, the ear piece took me awhile to find my favorite. The smaller the more challenging to get on. Adjustments also took a bit, and found after more use I was able to go lower on volume. Learning also the right way to charge so I don't ruin them. A tad larger than some my friends wear, but I've accepted them as they are (maybe with time Mfr can make a tad smaller). Helps the two colors so I put in correctly. I'm supposed to provide input to another family member so he can decide. Also my Women's Group wants a report. So I might be referring them to these! Right now I don't know if I'll even need to update my review? I'm happy and hearing!

I have been using the aids for about 10 days now, and am so far impressed with them.It took awhile to get accustomed to using the different settings, but overall I am pleased with their functionality and comfort. And that they are rechargeable is a big plus!!

Easy set up, comfortable fit. So far so good!

Do not buy unable to use because their wasn’t a way to turn up volume at all! So desperate to find a good pair, spending lots of money and time. So far all don’t last or don’t work! The expensive ones that are tiny, they fall out without you knowing so I have been buying larger behind the ear type. Much less money but last only for a short time.
