Not suits me at all
It didn't suits me at all, it didn't absorb well in my stomach, having diarrhea most of the time after taking it in small quantity.

Mixability is avg (in the video I have shown in glass but mixed in shaker also) Tastes weird... a little chocolaty but weird after taste. Consistency is watery. Feels a bit vomitish after taking. But in terms of ingredients they are good.. they are few natural zero calorie sweetner like stevia based protiens.. But I probably won't order again.
