I had a comfortable first night or 2 on this pillow, but it became difficult to get comfortable on after that. Don't know if it's me or the pillow, but sadly I'm returning it. *Edit* I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 because the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund without the hassle of returning them. Customer service is great.

Loved this pillow but you’ll have to replace it after about 6 months but it did help with my neck issues.

Has made a huge difference in my neck pain in the morning. A must have for anyone who needs better support at night.

The wings on the sides of the pillow are quite strange, it makes it uncomfortable to sleep on the side because they smush my cheek up. It’s also quite firm, more than other memory foam pillows I’ve had. It’s not expensive for two pillows so I guess it’s ok but I can’t say I love it. I bought the two pack and my husband says the same thing about his so I don’t think it’s just me.

While firmness is desired for a cervical pillow. Expected it to be more comfortable. I'm a right-sided sleeper, with a recent fusion of C5-C7, & have moderate to severe residual pain. I thought these pillows would be supportive, & comfortable for my neck & shoulders. Price for 2 pillows is barely more than most cervical pillows cost for just one pillow. Kind of warm, pretty good size, & shape, like a normal pillow. Not really heavy. Very easy to clean. I do wish it came with a fitting pillow case. I'd also like instructions on how to use it, with different sides. Seems to be high quality. Not sure if I'd recommend this, because my husband doesn't like his, and I'm stuck with the extra pillow. Suggestion: Try one pillow to see if you like it, b4 buying a 2nd one.

I was iffy at first when we received the pillows. They were flatter than what I'm used to. For the first week it took some getting used to. My neck hurt, but after some use it was really comfortable. Best side sleeper pillows. Hugs my head and neck really well.

This pillow is hard and doesn’t give me a neck relief as advertised. I couldn’t sleep with this pillow because it was extremely uncomfortable. After a week I gave up.

I tend to sleep on my side, and so it's not the most comfortable for me. However, when I do sleep on my back it's perfect. Also, my husband loves his and says he sleeps well with his pillow.
