Gamakatsu hooks are very sharp very strong and well worth the money you pay for them! You can pay less with other brands but the quality is just not there. I love Gamakatsu hooks!

lethal for large Atlantic Croaker!
These hooks are wicked sharp, really strong, and have eyes big enough to use 30# mono for snelling. Also good for Sheephead, and smallmouth fish in general.

The best hooks on the market.
I've used these hooks for years and they are, in my opinion, the best on the market for catching large and hard fighting fish. If you are using the appropriate size hook, you'll be hard pressed to find a fish that will straighten these hooks.
