🎶 Elevate Your Sound with Every Stroke!
This professional-grade cello bow combines a carbon fiber core with a Pernambuco wood hybrid stick, measuring 73CM and weighing between 79-82g. It features a luxurious snakewood frog and AAA natural horsehair, making it a top choice for serious musicians seeking both durability and exceptional sound quality.

Feels like decent quality for the price.
I'll be quick to admit that I abuse cello/violin bows--I'm a band director, and we use them on metal percussion--cymbals, vibraphone bars, etc--to create special effects. A typical bow will last one concert cycle for a piece (rehearsals and performance) for us. This feels similar quality to the others that have been passed on to me by string teachers--the adjustment was smooth, and the hair seemed to have even tension. It held the rosin well, and gave us exactly the sound we needed.

Good for a beginner, can't say more than that
I am a true beginner on cello, so I can't say much about this particular bow. That said, it works well, and is very nice looking. A nice step up from the absolute cheapest bows. It may not be up to the highest standards, but I wouldn't know. It works for me, and now I am concentrating more on rosin rather than the bow, as this seems to be good enough for my skill level.

well made bow
This is a nice bow, with good craftsmanship, and as described. It comes with a plastic box, which I'll keep for transportation. I personally prefer bows to be black in color to match my instruments, which are also black, but for those that like natural wood, it looks good. The screw end adjuster turns easily to get the needed tension and turns to loosen easily to reduce tension after using too. No complaints. Regarding the pernambuco wood, from info I've found online, it is purported to be the best choice for bows because it is "only wood strong enough to be cut very thin and keep its curve for many many years", but it is endangered and only a certain amount can be harvested each year.

ARCRAW Cello Bow 4/4 Full Size Carbon Fiber
I grabbed this so I would always have a spare bow in my case - I am prone to forgetting to pack mine up when I bring my cello somewhere. For the price, it's not bad. It rosined up well and it plays okay. I don't think I would use it as a full time performance bow, but it does just fine for practicing or to cover when I forget mine

Nice quality bow
I ordered this to use on my full size cello and it works beautifully the quality is excellent. I had no issues with it whatsoever. And it feels warm and nice in my hands.

No squeaking, produces a deeper and richer sound, a bit heavier and wider than old bow
Grandson (age 11) is about 3 years into his cello lessons now and is playing really well now and was ready to move up to a better bow (and a new cello soon hopefully). He is really pleased with this new ARCRAW full size 4/4 carbon fiber bow as it produces a deeper and richer sound than his old bow and there is "no squeaking". He describes this bow as being wider and heavier than his old bow but states that the difference in the sound is really noticeable. The size and balance seem good for him. He's happy with it, I'm happy with it!
