Works better
King Arthur flour is a great product. It is more expensive, but it makes better bread.

King Arthur GF All purpose flour
Love baking with this flour. I am thrilled how I have made so many baking recipes that have turned out great. I am sensitive to wheat, but not allergic. Two negative points however, is that stores do not carry this product in my area. Great for Amazon, but sometimes one just needs a quick purchase. Also, first delivery the flour box was delivered crushed and the inner bag had broken open. I contacted Amazon and the rep was good and offered a credit. I should have asked for a full credit as the product was unusable. Credit came through immediately, but not for the full price. Certainly lesson learned here. I highly recommend this flour, shipping needs to be better.

My favorite GF flour!
This is my favorite GF flour. It is much better than the King Arthur 1-to-1. I use it regularly, both with and without xanthan gum added. The consistency is almost like glutinous wheat flour, and if you add xantham gum for baking, it can be measured 1-to-1.

Works well
King Arthur gluten free flour is one of three brands that I use exclusively when baking since all of the females in the family require GF products. I have had consistent results with King Arthur GF flour, so when I saw that it was selling with a special price, I bought it immediately.

Save money by making your own flour mixture
Since I got this GF flour, I've baked quite a few things with it and they've turned out great. I won't order it again though, because I can get the individual or even substitute the different flours that are in it. It may cost you more in the beginning, but if you can use larger amounts then it would be more economical in the long run.I just bought a gluten free cookbook that is the BEST recipes of this kind, and I'd recommend it to everyone. It's the America's Test Kitchen's gluten free cookbook. They have their own GF flour blends, but I really can't share that... (sorry, I don't want to get into trouble). The blends are costly, but you'll have a copious amount of GF flour to last you quite awhile. It does give alternative recipes using this GF blend, but the results may not be the same. Anyway, the recipes are amazing! If you're craving anything you used to eat made with wheat flour, you'll be able to make it GF... from yeast bread, donuts, chocolate chip cookies, and it goes on, and on ...Another thing I do want to make is...rice flour has a very high glycemic index. If you're concerned about taking in too many carbohydrates you can find other GF flours that aren't so high. I personally use finely ground almond flour, but also use about preferably, two tablespoons of arrowroot flour or cornstarch per cup of almond flour. This will help give stability to your baked goods. I've also found that both King Arthur's and Bob's Red Mill are not ground finely enough. Since I already had these, I whirled them in my food processor to grind them more finely. The larger pieces of almond don't incorporate into batters well and you'll find that everything has an off texture...I found this out the hard way.

King Arthur is the best Gluten Free Flour
King Arthur Gluten Free Flour is the best tasting of all the gluten free flours I have tried. I have tried many and been disappointed. No grit, no aftertaste. Tastes like Flour. I made some drop biscuits with the all purpose flour and they are delicious.

GOOD PRODUCT
If you need to use gluten free, then this would be a good deal for you it's working well for me and the price is better than some other ones. They are all way to expensive, but that's the way they get us when they know we need it.. I've been working on making bread and it worked very well for one kind and the other called for all purpose gluten free, so I had to buy another kind. I would recommend it.
