When I got the package I was kind of leery because box was a little bit bent and there were literally no English instructions. Everything was Chinese. But it worked fantastic and I love it

Regularly disconnects from my tablet, doesn't recognize some parts of the screen, and has issues connecting to begin with. I have tried charging it fully, restarting my tablet, reconnecting the pen, etc., but the pen (even at 100% charge) will not turn on or connect to a device unless I plug a charger in to "start" it up (I don't need to even keep the charger in). It has a lot of mistakes in functionality on my tablet (will not recognize the icons to change pen type, will suddenly stop working/writing for no reason, etc.), and I wish it wasn't such a hassle to use it.
