excellent taste and excellent customer service
Needed a shelf stable coffee for a rafting trip. Usually made cowboy coffee, boiling water in stainless milk pail - add grounds - simmer - stir to sink grounds, skim a cup with ladle and wake up, okay but gritty. Making coffee for 14 to 18 people can be messy so looking forward to morning "instant" with minimal work, waste and better taste. Experimented with a few different options and Bizzy had the right answers, the right brew and the best taste, I personally prefer a 2-quarts water to 1-quart coffee ratio. Shelf stable is important because rafts can carry much but ice cooler space is precious, will follow up on review after trip.Had one issue with my 15-bottle order, bottles were tossed into a box haphazardly and 3-bottles did leak, maybe the high altitude in Albuquerque pressurized the bottles but customer service was exceptional and 3 replacement bottles were quickly sent, (one of the three also leaked). My suggestion is to ship with bottles standing and to check screw cap torque on the production line. My thanks to the people at Bizzy for answering questions quickly and looking to my first on the river cup.

Good, but still searching for that perfect concentrated cold brew.
Ever since the Keurig at my office broke, I've been getting into the habit of making or buying cold brew coffee for my AM caffeine. So far I've tried a few different offerings and it's been difficult finding a beverage that has the right combination of flavor and price. Most everything I've tried has been weak in flavor, too sweet, or too pricey. Bizzy comes close in that does to be as concentrated as they say, and the price per serving is very good. Flavor was ok--definitely coffee but not as complex as the good stuff. In addition, I was diluting with water and sweetener and I still noted a distinct after-taste. Maybe just related to that batch? I'd say that Bizzy is worth trying if you want something economical and you plan on adding your own mix-ins.

Very thin, acidic, green flavor
The price isn’t the worst for cold brewed concentrate but the flavor made me grimace every time I took a sip. I played around a lot with the amount of water I put in it and it’s just a very sour, green flavor. Some people may like that but I prefer a more dark roasted coffee flavor

The Best cold brew concentrate - now in a bigger bottle!
Oh the deliciousness of this wonderful product. For awhile, I was unable to find the cold brew concentrate in sizes other than shots. I am so happy to report that is no longer the case.In the interim, I tried several competitor's products. I will not advertise for them by saying their names, but some initials are S & G. There is simply no comparison. Bizzy is The Best.I use Bizzy coffee in my protein smoothies every morning. Just 1/4 cup Bizzy plus 3/4 cup water, the protein powder and spinach. The wonderful, smooth coffee flavor comes through loud and clear, and I LOVE it. No stomach upset - this product is not acidic and my stomach is silent on the matter. YAY. I hadn't realized what a difference this product makes for the smoothies. They are now enjoyable again.I love the new, larger size bottle. More servings and less packaging waste. The quality shines through in every bottle and every drink. YUM. Try it - you will love it.

Bizzy is the best thing to happen to routine coffee drinkers.
I've been drinking this coffee for about a year now. It's pretty insane how one 32 oz bottle of Bizzy makes 16 drinks for about $12 plus whatever you like to mix it with. I love it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla almond milk creamer, and ice. There are a lot of people saying it tastes horrible... I agree if you mix it with water or try drinking it straight. This is coffee concentrate so you have to take 1-2 oz of Bizzy and mix it with at least 3-4 oz of almond milk/regular milk and any type of sweetener It's packed with natural caffeine so I have yet to feel the effect of caffeine tolerance build up. Obviously it being organic and cold brew makes it much healthier (less acidic) and gives it a sweeter taste. I've never been in contact with Bizzy or received anything from them. Just an honest review. Glad I can drink something almost everyday and have it cost me only about $200-$300/year tops. (Starbucks/Dunkin would cost you about $700-900/year on the low end). Also great knowing that the company was started in Minneapolis, MN. Would like Vanilla/Caramel in the 32 oz. bottles.

Undrinkable. I really wanted to love this, but it was awful.
I tried 2 cold brew concentrates at the same time. This is the second one, and it tasted and smelled like the other one. Here is what I said about that one. My feeling about them both is the same, so the review is the same:I wanted a cold brew coffee concentrate that would be easier than making my own. When I opened this bottle, the coffee smelled burnt. There is a smell that really bad coffee has and I'm not sure how to describe it. But when I smell it, the coffee tastes just terrible. This has that smell. And the taste is even worse.I tried it anyway, mixed it as recommended, treated it like I have any other cup of coffee and it was undrinkable. I tried watering it down more, added more sweetener and milk, and it was still unbearably awful.I've tried several bottled cold brew coffee concentrates. There is only one that tastes great. The rest are extraordinarily horrible, with that same awful smell and taste. The only one I like is Califia Farms. But honestly the most delicious is the Rise Cold Brew which has nitrogen added. It's really expensive though, sigh. The other place I've experienced that taste and smell was Folger's instant coffee that someone left in my pantry. Not long after, I ran out of coffee and thought I'd try it. It was so terrible. Just horrid. This tastes and smells the same.

Wanted to like it, but just can't - kinda tastes like sour glue...
Having found the gevalia house blend cold brew concentrate good but not strong enough, i saw this and tried it. i wanted to like it, i really did - but no matter how much water or creamer i add, in all different proportions, it just doesn't taste like coffee! the best way i can describe it is like drinking...glue. even diluted with 3 parts water, it just tastes sour. not sure why this gets so many good reviews, so i'll just chalk it up to different taste buds for different folks. guess i'll go back to gevalia or the starbucks cold brews...
