Perfect to use to continue physical therapy at home.
I recently had a fall that required physical therapy. They used a ball like this for some exercises. I purchased this ball because it is the size I need. It works great. It’s easy to inflate and all that you need is included. It is made well. The price was great. I’ve been able to do the exercises to keep my recovery from going. I recommend this ball and I would purchase it again.

As advertised. Great for core and chest especially for those recovering or looking for a low impact workout. Holds air perfectly.

This works well
Easy to inflate with the tool provided. Smooth finish feels good on skin. Stays inflated a very long time. Not giving them 5 stars just because the ball doesn’t inflate to a firmness I prefer. I like a bit more than this gives me. Still, I use the ball everyday and it does work fine.

Inflating is a problem.
I don't like the way you inflate this ball. Its not easy to keep the air in as you put the plug in. Not a fan.

Lo compré para mi madre, ya que la necesitaba para pilates. Está hecha de PVC, lo que hace que no se deslice y no se escape. Tiene 23 cm de diámetro y una cantidad de aire justa para poder hacer los ejercicios, es blandita. Es de buena calidad, ya que lleva un tiempo usándola y está encantada.

Love this ball a good size for using for Pilates and physio exercises. Easy to blow up and collapse again. Don’t let it near your puppy!
