I have been taking brain supplements for 20 some years I believe I remember things better now than I did at least 10 years ago when I was 71

Have just started using this product. The supplemental facts and proprietary blend have good ingredients. However, the allergy warning states that this blend includes Animal, Fish and Soy ingredients. Shouldn’t take if allergic. I probably won’t buy this brand again due to the uncertainty of the Animal ingredient warning. This company should reveal the animal ingredient in this product.

I found taking each individual neurotropic more effective than taking this. BUT STILL TRY IT IF YOU ARE A NORMAL BRAIN PERSON!!! It could be effective. I have narcolepsy, chronic fatigue, diabetes, and inappropriate sinus tachycardia. All of which make me unbelievably exhausted. The hope for this was to help me stay awake better because even with the highest dose of narcolepsy medicine I still pass out. So, I would absolutely still try it if you don't have any conditions like this because it could just be that my body needs higher doses of neurotropics than the average person.

First I must say I think it’s difficult evaluating the effectiveness of vitamins and supplements. I’ve taken many different supplements over the years based on friends recommendations or something I read and again, I’m never really sure if it’s making a difference but I take them with a hopeful attitude. Next I’ll say I’ve read about nootropics because I read a lot of literature in my struggles with adult ADHD and everything I’ve read sounds very encouraging. I’m always hopeful there will be an alternative to Class 2 prescription drugs like Adderall so I gave it a try. It’s not the cheapest supplement but I have experienced a noticeable improvement in my mood and motivation. I know many of the ingredients of Brain-fx can be purchased individually but perhaps there is something about this particular mix that has proven very effective for me! When taking nootropics I also read that it can take a couple of months before you can expect to see any results. Again this is just my personal experience but I could feel a noticeable positive experience in my mood and motivation within just two days. As I said, sometimes you take supplements because you know they are good for you but you never really know if they are working. Brain-fx had such a positive impact on me I am excited to add it to my daily health regiment. Thank you Brain-fx!!
