Pricey but really good product. It usually works instantly to relieve my foot and calf cramps.I also use it effectively for prevention. I have recommended it to several other people.It is non-greasy and has a slight pleasant smell.

The above item worked for two days. It made my arm joints hurt instead of relaxing the muscles around the joints the lotion caused the joints to hurt. It has a pleasant smell., kept me asleep when l did use it, but it no longer keeps me asleep.

Started using this 4 days ago. Apply a little to both feet and massage it into skin about 30 minutes before bed. Haven’t slept this well in years. I’m more relaxed, stay asleep all night, and feel great in the morning. I used to need sleeping pills and even they did not work this well. Love this product.

I was using a different magnesium cream which was discontinued, so I tried this. It does help with aches and pains but I can't stand the smell and it made my stomach queasy. Not everyone will be sensitive to the smell, but I can't rate it higher if I can't use it.

Smells amazing, velvety and very effective!

I have only been using this product for a couple of days I its certainly easy to apply, it does supply moisture to application site. I don’t feel that this lotion absorbs very well. I have not felt a noticeable improvement in pain relief.
