Rigid plastic frames but, EXTREMELY dark lenses...
...Well . . .that's what they're supposed to do: make everything black except the sun. And, they do a GREAT job of it. These are a lot more durable than cardboard but, store them safely. Most sunglasses are a little forgiving when you sit on them. These are not built to be forgiving.

Eclispe!
I'm so excited. These glasses are like sunglasses. They fit so nicely. I'm right in line for the total eclipse. I will be watching from a field on our property. Buy your supplies now folks!

Glasses seem decent; description shows black frames but received white
The glasses seem to be legitimate. They are not marked in any way, but they come with a paper certificate. They are DARK and are mirrored. They do fit over prescription eyeglasses.I put them on inside the house and could not see a thing.I shined a 650 lumen flashlight at my face and I could just barely see the circle of the light. (Normally that would be temporarily dazzling/blinding).So, I can believe that these will provide decent protection for a brief glimpse of the sun.I took off a star because there is no reference to selecting a color, and all the pictures of these glasses show black frames, but the pair I received have white frames.I guess it doesn't matter too much, since I'll only be wearing these when there is an eclipse, so, a couple of times each decade maybe, but it's still annoying. The glasses came with a nice map showing when the eclipse on 8-April-2024 will be visible in various locations. They are definitely a lot nicer than the cardboard ones you see everywhere.Overall these eclipse glasses seem like they should do their job.

Eclipse glasses
Very sturdy. Made like regular glasses, not paper. Enclosed a great little map withthe eclipse' map and trajectory and all locations.

They work!
I'm a photographer and I needed something for the up coming eclipse that was not cardboard. This meet the safety requirements and being plastic will hold up better for all day use plus moving equipment. They just work!

Breaks easy
I’m guessing they spent most of the money into the lens. They are truly dark. But the frame is extremely fragile. If you place to much pressure on the sides that fall off. I ended up drilling holes and adding screws.

These glasses actually fit.
These glasses actually fit and do fall off if you've your head.Of course, durability is not that much of an issue since they only need to last a couple hours and the next time I could possibly use them is 2044.But I can try them out now, before April 8, and make sure I am ready.

These should last for the brief time of the eclipse
The only thing that bothers me is that there is paperwork that these are ISO certified and some other certification - CE - BUT there is not any marking whatsoever on the glasses to show that they are the brand I bought or the certification I bought. A piece of paper proves nothing. I read online that the certification should be ISO 12312-2. Nothing in the paperwork states that. However, the company, Medical King, is on a list of approved Chinese eclipse glasses manufacturers who import into the United States. Wish I could be more confident about these.
