I loved within the first week I started feeling as if the brain fog had lifted. I felt an increase. In energy as well as a positive attitude. It’s amazing how fast tinctures start working versus the pill form of any supplement. I believe this has a better impact and all around reliability to balance your brain chemically than any leading antidepressants. I expected the taste to be awful like most brands, but this brand was to my surprise very easy to ingest without any harsh taste or aftertaste. It was a very earthy flavor that was hardly noticeable. I give this product a 10/10, but the review only allows for a 5/5. I will be purchasing this product again and keeping it in my daily supplement’s regimen!

Quality, potent ingredients at a good price! 've been using this product for a couple months now, and have noticed less brain fog, a better ability to focus, and more energy. I typically only use 10 to 15 drops. That seems to work best for me. I am diabetic and I have noticed this product has potential to lower my blood sugar if I take to much. So that is something to keep in mind. Many of the mushrooms in this have been studied for that reason. Some have stated issues with the smell and taste, I have not had any problem with either. No real noticeable smell and the taste is slightly earthy if anything. I would recommend starting slowly and working up to the desired dosage as you would with most products like this. For me it's been quite effective!

I feel much better, I sleep better, BMs are easier (Gross), tasteless, easy to use, and I lost 7 lbs. so far. My spouse was different for several days...nothing happened. Well, the scale read 10 lbs. lost after one week. He is alert, oriented, feels better, and he is always regular (If you know what I mean). I didn't buy it for weight loss; it's a bonus. I keep mine in the fridge and it doesn't get too thick. You can still use it; I take mine out and mix it with my coffee in the morning. I am not that far into my journey with this product.
