These work great on pottery. I like the various designs.

These were given as a gift and she loved the quality of the rollers

I teach a handbuilding class, and my students had fun exploring all of these textures. For the most part, they leave a nice deep impression. The snowflake design isn't as deep, but if you push a little harder, it still works fine. These are a decent size, and clay doesn't stick to the wood rollers. They are a good value for the money.

Gave these as a gift for a friend that’s gotten very into pottery this year and she loved them. I haven’t seen a final project with them her but I hope I do soon!

Great textures for clay artists!

I’ve never used wooden rollers before and I liked getting 10 different patterns for the price. What I didn’t consider was that the end of these rollers are the same diameter with a plain border rather than tapered with a finished pattern. Because of this, you cannot continue the pattern wider than the 5 1/4 inch roller width. Most other rollers I’ve seen have tapered edges with the pattern to the edges. A few of the rollers have small flaws in the wood cut. I don’t expect perfection in my pottery so I’m fine with this. Being a newbie at this, my first try left an uneven pattern so make sure your clay is evenly flat and smoothed.
