This magnesium is awesome. I do recommend taking before bed because it puts me in a state of relaxation. Highly recommend.

I have been taking this for quite some time. It definitely helps with sleep. I think it also makes me have less brain fog when I wake up but that might be a side product of better sleep. Its definitely better for the cognitive function. Everything else is harder to detect. It is worth the money for me. EDIT* I also get leg cramps when I forget to take mine at night - definite sign of magnesium deficiency. It does the job with no side effects.

Good replacement for magnesium

My doctor has prescribed for me to take 400 mg of magnesium daily, so I've tried a lot of magnesium supplements. I like that this brand contains three forms of magnesium in one, and I like that it contains 500 mg of magnesium in one (a little large) capsule, so I can get the 400 mg I'm supposed to take with just one pill. Because it's a capsule rather than a pill it's a lot easier to swallow. I previously took a single large magnesium pill and I had to cut it in half in order to take it comfortably, which isn't necessary with this capsule - it goes down a lot easier and isn't so big that it's uncomfortable. I highly recommend you try it if you want/need a magnesium supplement!

I really haven’t been taking this long enough to see any real difference. The pills are easy to take and they do not give me any intestinal distress. I think they are on the expensive side but it’s hard to tell whether they’re effective yet. Three types of magnesium are included in this formula. I don’t notice any difference in my sleeping. I need to give it a few more months before I can give an objective review.

I have no doubt that this product is excellent quality, but the dosing recommendation is kind of crazy. The label recommendation is 1g per night, which is 15 capsules, and that is is the BEGINNING dosage that may go up to 4g! That is neither physically nor financially feasible for most people.
