After losing 40 lbs, I am wearing tighter clothes to show off my new physique. One downside was, I lost my once round and ample butt. I tried another brand, but it looked artificial when I looked at myself in the mirror. These fit perfectly, and I have a nice butt again! People have noticed.I am 5' 9" and 166 lbs with a 29 inch waist. The medium was the best size. The fabric is easily washable, but I recommend wearing underwear either over or under these. Wearing under garments over them, makes them look even more natural when wearing white pants. Wearing underwear under them, extends the wear and longevity so you don't need to wash them as frequently. High quality, soft and effective!

the fabric is stiff, you know you're wearing it the whole time, mine would not stay in place, I even tried to tuck the waist band under my belt, not small enough for slim guys with a 27',28' waist

Super stiff, awkward, uncomfortable and not as advertised. Don't waste you time or money.

I tried lying to my girlfriend and told her they were for sciatica but really I wanted a nicer ass. Boy was I right. But now my girlfriend makes fun of me and calls them ass pants. I highly recommend these briefs if can get past your loved one’s jabs.

They seem made incorrectly. The rise is too low and the material is not form fitting.

Honestly I’m really happy with this product. I need a little help filling in my jeans as I have a very slender lower body and they don’t make jeans that are flattering to my bum, I bought these. They truly look natural, not to exaggerated which I was fearful of, but….I think that after a couple months of using I would buy a new pair because it might have natural creces of where your bum & thigh meet it bends. I usually wear a medium but I bought a large.

I actually bought these because I have sciatica, and it hurts to sit on hard surfaces. Well, I was not disappointed. These fit perfectly, are very comfortable, and give me the relief I was looking for even in padded seats.

Looks good however the waist banding is to loose and the butt pads begins to slide down :(
