Very Informative but watch out
The Science-Backed Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Beginners is very informative! It not only tells you what is good or bad but also why. Knowing how and why your body reacts to certain foods is key to healthy living. I gave this book 4 stars for one simple yet dangerous typo. Page 37 lists barley as a gluten free grain. If you are new to GF diet, please do not consume barley as it is definitely NOT GF.

Yummy Anti-inflammatory Diet
There is so many great eye appealing yummy anti inflammatory foods/recipes throughout the book. This book is science backed to reduce anti inflammatory diet. The author wrote/explains it in more simple terms that it is easier to comprehend and understand. I enjoyed that all the recipes are step-by-step. There is also a 21 day meal plan. The book covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even healthy drinks. It is also a beginner friendly.

The only reason I'm not returning it due to the lack of recipes with easy to obtain ingredients and too much work to prepare the recipes, as well as not very many recipes to choose from is that the book itself does have some useful information in it. Otherwise I'd send it back.
