I was replacing one I already had thinking this was the same as what I had. It is not but it is so much better!It works better, I've used it 5 times and not once has it pulled or hurt. My skin feels better, softer even. The blade flexes and moves a bit whereas mine didn't. I don't know why that makes a difference, but it does. I also seem to have more hair cleaning it out vs my other.I am SO happy with my purchase!

This works pretty well! It is totally painless and take off hair from my upper lip, between eyebrows, and chin. Will not take off thicker hairs.

I'm so disappointed - I threw away the packaging because I had a similar one before (different brand) and figured I wouldn't need it. It worked twice and all was fine, then when I went to turn it on, it gave a quick buzz (less than a second) and wouldn't start. A couple times it will start but stop as soon as it's touched. I replaced the battery with a brand new one (twice) and I can't get it to work. I don't think I can return it since the packaging is gone and it's been used. Submitted a case on the website for support and never heard back.Editing later the same day: I didn’t expect it but in the mail (not email, snail mail) I received a response to my query I submitted on their site. They sent me a coupon for a replacement, so I’ve changed my review to 4 stars. I can’t give 5 because it did just stop working, but thank you customer service for making it right!
