POWERFUL VALUE!!
Works great with Verizon. Great for those who are on the road a lot and can’t quite rely on hotel internet. Speeds are entirely dependent on the area. I bought this and used it first in the Scranton-Wilkes Barre PA area, and was seeing speeds from anywhere from 20-60 mbps. When I used it in the Benton harbor MI area, I was seeing a bit more (both had full bars of signal). Ping on this during games is SIGNIFICANTLY better than on hotel WiFi. You can also use this unit as a repeater. Gl.iNet sells a dedicated pocket router that acts as a repeater and WAN, that isn’t all that much cheaper than just getting this, so the value for money on this is pretty great. I use a generic network switch to get more ports and it works great.BE SURE TO WRITE DOWN THE IMEI OF THE ROUTER BEFORE YOU CHANGE IT IN CASS YOU NEED IT AGAIN.The “app” that this uses is very powerful, but could be confusing to those that are new to networking terms and protocols.WOULDN’T recommend to beginners, or those who can’t follow a guide. There’s a huge community on these, but they all speak assuming you already know the basics.

It has (almost) everything you could want or need
If you are a tech person like me then you'll really like this device. It's got almost everything you could need. I like the combined Wifi repeating, cellular network, and wired network capabilities,. This means no matter where you go you'll always be able to have some kind of connectivity to meet your needs. Bonus points for eSIM abilities and (pretty much) world wide cellular network access. The device has a built in web server that can be accessed from any standard web browser. No need to use an app, though that's also an option. So far I've had no problems with everything I've thrown at it. That said, the configuration interface while easy to use, takes some time to make sense of.I was able to use it in EU countries like Germany and Spain. It doesn't do 5G, but 4G was sufficient for my needs. The built in OpenVPN and WireGuard VPN really set this device apart from anything else I've used. While oversees I could use my FireTV stick with this device and make it seems as if I was still in the USA. Very handy.Unfortunately this travel router has one major flaw which will have a huge effect on the longevity of this device. It has a non-replaceable built in sealed battery. I overlooked that detail during purchase. That should be made more clear. Value for money wise, the fact that this thing will probably die after 2 years, I say it's a really bad value.Hopefully they can make a follow-up version and resolve the flaws. I'd really like to see a 5G version and more importantly a REPLACEABLE battery.

Your Nerdy Travel Buddy with Occasional Mood Swings
I really like the GL.iNet MUDI (GL-E750V2). It’s like a Swiss Army knife for Wi-Fi—OpenWrt, VPN support, a chunky battery, and it even doubles as a power bank. Basically, it’s the tech-savvy travel companion I never knew I needed. That said, sometimes it just decides it doesn’t want to connect to hotel Wi-Fi—like it's protesting the quality of the complimentary breakfast. A little fiddling usually gets it back on track, but expect the occasional “why won’t you just work” moment.Battery life is great, and using it as a backup power brick is a nice bonus. It’s not perfect, but it’s powerful, versatile, and has earned a permanent spot in my travel bag.9.5/10 — would recommend to fellow road warriors and Wi-Fi control freaks.

Works, but is extremely slow. Faster to just tether to a phone.
UPDATE 10/22:Saw this was on sale and decided to give it another go to see if it was improved at all, and also tried playing with some additional settings. In the end, it was still very slow. Maximum sustained speeds of around 1.3mbit with Wireguard turned on. There's a lot of variability in testing, but I made sure to test using the same Wireguard endpoint, with the same destination speed test server. I also tried modifying the TTL to 65, 64 and 128 from the admin panel and this didn't really make a difference. Same exact SIM card, when put into my tablet with 4G LTE would result in 200mbit down and 50mbit up. Not sure why this router is so slow.OLD REVIEW:Popped in a T-Mobile SIM card, and with literally line of sight to a T-Mobile tower less than 50ft away, got max speeds of around 10mbit. Popped the SIM card back into my tablet and got 200mbit on LTE.Didn't bother trying WireGuard or OpenVPN because those will be even slower when turned on and speeds will be highly be dependant on your particular VPN server and VPN service you choose. The display is very dark and you will struggle to read the display when outdoors. Indoors, the brightness is just adequate.

8 hours battery and 9w charging speed
This is a great all in one product. It works for 8 hours. But 8 hours is really 9am to 5pm. If I was traveling, I need a few more hours on battery. And its charging speed is 9w which takes a bit to charge.

Verizon, T-Mobile, Visible, Mint all working great! Major CDMA/GSM networks have no problem.
Absolutely awesome for the price offered. So far has done everything it claims to be able to do. Few things different than other GLinet options as far as luci advanced menu - wish it had similar luci options to the Opal model but each model has its own quirks and modifications specifically for the model/software/hardware functionality. All in all it seems good 4.5 star. It is slower to connect to cellular and bootup is also a little slow, after boot from Off it has a standby mode that allows battery to be saved when not in use without the boot up wait again.
