Great for Bulgarian split squats, makes a brutal exercise much more tolerable by letting you concentrate fully on your working leg instead of the awkward placement of your elevated foot. It's easy to put together and seems pretty robust, but it isn't quite wide enough to use as a base for hip thrusts, and the legs aren't deep enough to stop it tipping over. It's a shame that with a couple of slight tweaks it could have been much more functional. Quite expensive for what it is, in my opinion.
