great product
This pedal is incredible yet good in other ways. It was one of my favorites kinda still is. Its sample and hold or Snah. Earthquaker Devices never really disappoints

Zappa's Black Napkins and Ship Ahoy ...
used an Oberheim VCF's Sample and Hold (SH) mode to get those unique noises. This pedal's SH gets an almost identical sound, finally ending my 42-year search.

Can replace a wah pedal if you're lazy!
Several distinct and useful tones, one is a hendrix-like and funky auto-wah sound, others are space-age and synthy. Very cool!

Doesn't come with a power supply
Nice pedal, but for 210 bucks the power supply should come with it.. Lame

They don't care about you.
I had this pedal for a year or so and 1 of the 3 modes died. Contacted them .They insult your intelligence by needing a video of the defective product. Ive been playing guitar forever and know when a pedal is defective. They should stand behind their products, no questions asked.Just my opinion.Get a BOSS autowah it will last forever.

Pleased with the pedal - sturdy build, wide range of responses, from subtle to extremely unsubtle. Like the option to reverse operation of filter and the 'sample and hold' sounds great, even if I don't know wtf to do with it. But, though I'm pleased with it, nearly £200 does seem a little steep for what you get.
