Great for my 8 year old son
I got this trampoline for my son for his 8th birthday. It came with a nice safety net and basketball hoop. I got this one because it was big, and because the weight limit was 350 pounds vs the cheaper ones with a weight limit of only 200 pounds. My son does not like jumping alone and Most adults jumping with the child would go over the 200 pound weight limit of other brands. It was not super easy to assemble, it took 2 people to get it all assembled before the net was added. The instructions are not so clear, I did not get the pole covers on before putting the net on. The net has to be basically sewn on but it doesn't tell you the best way so it so I ended up with it not zipping all the way to the bottom. Also the netting for the basketball hoop disintegrated in the first rain. This held up through high wind storms and did not budge at all under high speed winds like other trampolines I have seen in the news.

High-quality, sturdy, fun trampoline that isn't difficult to build
This trampoline comes in 3 separate boxes, which don't necessarily arrive on the same day, so be patient. Overall, the boxes all arrived within the time frame that was expected. The assembly is not hard. Took a few hours to do it alone, easier if you have a helper with opposable thumbs. The frame is sturdy. The netting is safe and keeps the kids off the springs. Follow all instructions carefully, they put some thought into them. Most time-consuming part is using the rope to sew the bottom of the netting to the triangular spring hooks. I really like the anchors for the frame. They are very strong, which was helpful since there are lots of big rocks under our property. I suspect some of the anchors went into rock and did just fine. The kids like it. Very spacious. Bounce is what you'd expect for the size. Smaller ones have more bounce. So they have to work some to get a lot of air, but still have a lot of fun while getting exercise. I would buy this again

Sturdy, Safe and Fun
So far this looks to be a solid purchase. It is a sturdy trampoline, the net works (more on that later) and it is a ton of fun because of its weight limit and springiness (haha).Assembly: Assembly was pretty simple honestly, the instructions are not good, but it isn't rocket science. The most annoying and time consuming part is threading the rope through the 100+ ringlets. I'd say an average person could put it together in an hour, but threading the net is another hour. There has to be a better way to connect the net it is 2019!The Structure: It is new so time will tell how it will wear and tear, but it seems to be sturdy and can hold me (190lbs), plus my two daughters (200lbs) combined. The Net: I've read the reviews and expect the net to get worse over time, which is unfortunate, but I can tell you it works. Within the first 5 minutes it caught my 9th grader after doing a flip and saved her from falling backwards on her head. So the net works. I do think it looks like it will deteriorate quickly. The Basketball Hoop: It is a decent hoop, but it hangs over the trampoline and there is no doubt someone is going to hit their head if they bounce under it. I have a couple solutions that I'm going to try. First, I could turn the hoop around so it faces outward. Second, I'm going to try and put foam on the rim, that way if someone hits it with their head, it won't knock them out. It will be fun if I can get a protective foam ring around it so we can hoop on the trampoline. The Bounce: It is a ton of fun, it is springy and the 15 footer is huge. My daughters say it is so much bigger than others they play on.The Ground Anchors: Like all of these, I just can't see the U shaped ground anchors doing much in a big storm. I ordered some heavy duty penetrating ground anchors to ensure the trampoline doesn't fly away.Looking forward to having more fun on it. Again, it is a good purchase, just trying to disclose some things that may not be revealed in other reviews.

Great trampoline and even better customer service!
I wasn't sure what to expect trying to put one of these together, but assembly was very easy. The 15' trampoline is a great size for the kids to enjoy themselves with plenty of room. The basketball hoop, however, is not a great set up because of the balls constantly missing and being thrown out of the net; maybe I will have to retrofit a taller safety net behind the backboard. The customer service is the best hands down! A neighbor's tree fell and damaged our newly bought trampoline. I was able to reach out to Songmics via email and explained the situation, and she was so helpful and went about and beyond to make it all work out. She was able to send me the parts needed to fix it all back to original shape. Customer service such as this does not exist too much in today's environment. Thank you Songmics!!

This trampoline can withstand anything!
We bought this in June 2020 for the kids durring Covid. 2 days ago we had a horrible wind storm that knocked down a 3 story tree. This trampoline not only did not collapse, it held up the fallen tree and saved our fence and our neighbors garage! The middle part did not even rip with the weight of the huge tree & sharp branches. It was also great fun for the kids over the last 4 years. I would highly recommend, very quality trampoline. We are holding a memorial service for it, so thankful for this trampoline!

Great trampoline
Comes in two big boxes with easy to follow directions. Trampoline set up is easy and the same as any trampoline I’ve ever set up. The netting takes forever to set up as you have to “sew” the net to the trampoline mat. It’s easy, just takes a long time. The quality seems good so far, but we’ve only had it a few months. The basketball hoop is a really fun addition.

Peice of garbage made cheaply
Netting is cheap and weak. Metal used for poles are thin. Trampoline not secured properly because cheap metal bolts that strip and are not strong enough to hold the load. Came with hole in net which they replaced (allegedly in mail). Bolts are now stripping when tightened because you have to tighten it every day or it will fall apart. My kids are around 100 lbs. So no giants. And they are 7 and 8. Do yourself a favor go to dunhams sports and buy one for 299 its probably the same and you will save 175 bucks.
