That being said, it is a good textbook to read for any important stakeholders or potential business leaders that wants to create positive organizational change.

I decided to purchase this textbook for my Organizational Change course. The concepts in this textbook is really relevant to the modern business environment. This book was required for a class I was taking. Rarely do you find a textbook that is also a “good read” so to speak. I enjoyed reading this book for class and I’m sure I’ll read it again after the class has ended.
