Thompsons 10 Year Roof Seal Grey 4L

I’m very pleased with this sealer as it is very easy to spread with a roller over a flat surface like my garage roof. It does need two coats to be sure of a good sealed finish. This is the third time I’ve used it over the years and it’s always worked out well. I’d recommend it.

Just thought I would say due to some other poor reviews that worried me, that the item was packaged very well in a special box with taped lid and arrived in perfect condition.

I've used this product before, both on a garage roof and a flat roof extension. It's quick and easy to apply and it works. In my experience it's been good for a couple of years (but I guess a lot depends on the condition of your flat roof before application). If they called it "Thompsons 2 year roof seal" I'd give 5 stars. Nonetheless, a good product! 👍

This is the best roof sealant we have used for our shed roofs. Once we found this product we have not used any other…we have 4 roofs to maintain and would highly recommend it to others.
