I bought this corded phone for my grandpa, who is 90 years old and having vision problems. At first, I am not sure if this phone is suitable for him since the reviews of this phone are not very good. But I decided to buy one after I contacted the seller, I have to say that they have the awesome customer service.This phone is perfect for my grandpa, we can hear each other clearly, and the speed dial memory is a very convenient function, He can call me just by pressing 2 buttons. The buttons on the phone is enough large and easy to press. And also, he can turn off the ringer when he is going to sleep.Overall, my grandpa likes this phone, Great Value.

My mother is hearing impaired and the volume was so low I could barely hear it and my hearing is fine. Also It has all ready started malfunctioning . Sounds like snow when someone calls. The receiver button is all ready not working properly. I will never purchase another phone like this nor would I recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment. I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $40 BUCKS ON A NEW PHONE

Purchased this Big Button Corded Phone for my father whose sight is failing and has hearing problems. It arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, and exactly fits his needs. He just plugged the existing phone cord into it and was back in business. The phone has good tone quality, easy to program speed dial memory, and adjustable volume.Also good to have this in his home in case his cordless phone loses power during a storm or other electrical interruption.

Bad. Lightweight plastic. When you pick up the receiver the phone comes with it. Doesn’t sit flat on a desk. Buttons won’t dial right. Going back. Speaker phone function is loud but receiver is not. Not good for elderly.

I bought this phone for a friend who is legally blind, yet she still can see some. She lives alone in senior housing. She also has trouble hearing well. She is 93. What I like about this phone is it is not complicated. She cannot possibly cope with lots of little buttons and noises of the latest technology. I checked around on Internet but this the only one simple enough. Thank you for carrying this product.

The phone is small and very lightweight. It is too easy to knock the phone off the base; the phone seems too unstable. There is also no speaker on the phone. Since this was purchased for an elderly person, it was not a good fit.

I realize that this is made for our older generation but even the younger generation needs speakers!
