Great machine
I bought several for my office after trying one out. Responsive tech support. I love that it is hard to screw up a scan with the software they provide. Upside down, it fixes it. Wrong side inserted, it fixes it. upside down and wrong side inserted, it fixes it.

Good but not maintainable
very good scanner but is not maintainable in the long term. We got about five years out of one then could not get it repaired or reconfigured; tends to have rollers degrade over time. This isn't as good as we would expect for a $5-6,000 piece of equipment.
