It has that ouside foil where the image of game is supposed to be?

your image will fit in cover but over time it will get damaged, about 5mm of your cover is shown with no protection... i binned them usless...

is this case the same for the ps5 games?

I believe the cases are the same. Certainly would fit the CD/DVD and the inlay/cover should also fit under the plastic sleeve.
