I purchased this Paleo Valley Freeze Dried, Wild Caught Fish Roe (Cod, Pollock, Salmon) whole-food supplement for the health of it. I don't have to worry about it turning rancid - like fish oil. It's more nutrient dense. I haven’t been this excited about a supplement in a long time! My sleep had been awful this pregnancy- I was exhausted but could not fall asleep. I was taking my omegas but I was out and had recently read pretty good reviews on this whole food freeze dried fish roe. (Some said it helped their sleep) I liked the idea of getting my omegas from a whole food instead of an oil so I made the switch! I’m so grateful I found this- my sleep changed the first night I used it! I woke up that morning thinking what did I do different. This was it! I was so hopeful that it would be the same the next night. It was. I’ve been so happy with my purchase. They had a sale of buy one get one free on their website right after I bought mine. I wish I would have gone ahead and bought extra- darn. But it’s okay it’s totally worth the money to get good sleep! If anyone is struggling I hope it helps you too!

🚨🚨🚨🚨 don’t believe the high from the advertising. I don’t see any difference in my health exceptDefinitely getting fish burps from this stuff and I actually felt like I was going to vomit. There was also a weird fiber in the capsule. Check the picture.

I took this for a week and the first night I sleep so good and woke up very refreshed. I thought maybe it was a coincidence. The whole week I took it, I slept like a dream, had a calm mind, and had better output during workout. I decided to switch to a high quality fish oil for a week to see if it gave me the same effect and it didn't. I started taking this product again and within 30 minutes felt the benefits from the first time I took it. I would love to know what exactly it is that's benefitting me because it's awesome! I'll come back for an update my review if my feelings change.

Expensive, but didn't notice any benefits beyond my old fish oil

I trust paleo valley quality. Would be good to know if this has been heavy metal tested since fish can be a source of this.
