The machine was received as defective did not start, the demo and installation team also could not setup it. And still date have been struggling for replacement or machine working since purchase.

The coffee turned out to be extremely smooth and even more aromatic, the milk frothed well. Enjoyed a delicious cup of cappuccino. Very useful coffee machine at the given price. Size of the machine is perfect, fits anywhere easily without taking too much space.

There's absolutely no doubt that the product does make good espresso. But its temperature gauge was broken. And now, thanks to that, I have to take up this issue with the Wonderchef Regenta. Obviously amazon isn't at fault here in case people are wondering why don't I just return the item. But as per the espresso, it tastes good.

Iam a coffee lover and this product is my best purchase till date This coffee machine has made my life easier and full of taste, because of 20 bar pressure it give my espresso such a rich taste and aroma. I always felt tired of frothing my coffee at the end but this has inbuilt froathing tube which serves my coffee with the perfect blend and layers to it as you can see in my video, it even give the option of choosing the portion for my coffee (small or big cup) which help me when i have to take a quick shot before workout and the best part is it has self cleaning option as well. I love the overall performance ease of use the look and durability of this product, its a great buy

After eight months of using the machine once or twice a day, a leak has occurred in the steam tank and now the pressure is too low. Also, when making espresso, the water is not even hot, it is just warm, so the flavor is not as good. This looks great on your counter and if you’re only gonna use it once a week or for special occasions, then I’m sure it’s good. But for normal use, it’s not a quality product. Additionally, the design on the front panel is absolutely awful. There’s no indicator showing whether you are in steam mode or espresso mode and so it’s very easy to burn the coffee while you’re making it. This would’ve been very easy to implement, but it seems they went after a better looking design over a more functional design. Sorry have to give it one star.
