Absolutely beautiful. I had a picture of my deceased brother put on this necklace for my mom and we both truly adore it. I love how the picture is actually engraved into the metal vs having a picture that's just placed on it, as most others do. The heart is slightly smaller than I expected and it took a little longer to receive but it was surely worth it. The care that is put into this piece is spectacular! It also comes with a beautiful velvet box, gift bag, silver cleaning cloth, care instructions, as well as small storage baggies to keep your pieces in. All those extras were a great surprise especially considering the price!! I definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to create a beautiful, unique memory!!

I was a little skeptical with the picture I chose but they were able to crop out the background and etched the picture of my cat perfectly. I am so happy with my purchase! Shipping took a while but it is a personalized gift so that was kinda expected. Amazing quality and sentimental gift for almost anyone! Highly recommend!!!

The picture I had put on the necklace was of a snow white dog. I was a little worried that since the dog is completely white the texture wouldn't pick up very well, but the etched picture came out okay. I ordered about a week before Thanksgiving and received a shipping notice only three days later, but delivery took about 2.5 weeks. There were two national holidays between the time of order and the time it was received (Thanksgiving and G.H.W Bush's funeral day), so maybe delivery would have taken about two weeks otherwise. Regardless, if you're getting this as a gift for someone and you need to have it by a certain date, then I suggest placing your order several weeks in advance to be sure it arrives on time.

This was a gift for my best friend who lost her son when he was 23 years old. Accuracy of the picture I sent in was great! The engraving on the back was very good! She cried of course, she said I couldn’t have given her a better gift!

I had a picture of a dog on mine because it was a Christmas gift. The picture was spot on and she loved it. The necklace seemed thin was the only bad part but it came with care instructions, box to put the necklace in, a towel to clean it, and a gift bag to put it all in. :)

I was a little leary about purchasing this with having to upload and not really knowing how it would work. I got it for my granddaughter who had just lost her great grandfather. She was very close with her great grandfather and I wanted a special keepsake for her. The engraving came out much better than I could even hope for and granddaughter was very touched with the necklace. The necklace came in a beautiful box and a gift bag.
