Rarely get round to leaving reviews but thought this was worth reviewing. On a regularly cleaned floor and just cleaned with a normal flat mop the Karcher produced a lot of dirty water!I was almost put off by some of the negative comments. Someone mentioned streaking and foaming lines. I think (for us at least) this is all the floor cleaning products leaving residue over time. Just empty it, rinse rollers and go again.Only tiny niggle is the stand is not the charger which I just assumed. Have to plug in the charge lead, lazy complaint I know!

We have a mixture of oiled wooden floors and Karndean, while this mop does a great job of cleaning both types it would be great if I could have some way of changing the solution required for each type of floor. I'm using the solution specifically for the wooden floors across all floors, but would love to be able to purchase a separate container to fill with hard floor solution and be able to switch accordingly

I had high hopes because of the price point! It needed to be convenient, practical and good at its job. It certainly ticks all of the above. Easy to use too. Very pleased.

Bought this to ease scrubbing the floor and seems to be one of tge few that cleans to the edges, which it does a decent job of. It's not perfect but the floor can now be done more regular with ease.Made a mistake leaving the remaining solution in the tank attached. Overnight it leaked out and ended up as a puddle on the floor.Other issue is the collection tank is nowhere near big enough to collect the amount of water from the solution tank. This resulted in it spilling out and recycling round tge rollers, so instead of it cleaning it just spread the dirty water around. Will need to keep a close eye on it in future.Bought in the prime sales. At the price paid it's OK but definitely not worth £140+ price.

Said spare rollers ,it did not have. Works well. A bit awkward cleaning.

I bought this on the 8th Nov and it arrived the following day. However, when I came to build it up a part was missing (the valve to allow the water travel from the tank to the brushes), which was disappointing. I spoke to Kärcher directly after completing the warranty and contacting them directly via WhatsApp. They assured me that the part would arrive within 3 days (13th Nov). It didn’t arrive, so I had to call them directly on the 15th Nov and they told me that the part would be shipped overnight for the following delivery and were sorry for the delay. Again, the part never arrived and after an email today they told me that the part was shipped with Royal Mail on Friday the 15th Nov and can take up to 5-10 days for delivery with no tracking number. So at this moment, I have a useless item that will be shipped back if I don’t receive the missing item before the end of the week. Very disappointed with Kärcher as I have had previous replacement parts for power washers shipped the next day.

I had read reviews that said this item was liable to leak when the dirty water tank was full, and that the clean water tank needed constant refilling. I found neither of these things.The mop used very little water and I found I could clean through the whole house on one tank, and without the dirty water overfilling. The mop is very easy to push and manoeuvre and brought my laminate and wood floors up beautifully

Bought this to replace a worn out FC3 Karcher. After arriving we had difficulty assembling the handle, it was very hard to push down. We left it with a fingernail gap as could not get the handle to click into the square. However after charging the cleaner worked very well and the gap is not really a problem, just annoying that it’s not perfect.
