It's been a couple of weeks since I installed the camera. Pros: - Easy to install with minimal setup required to get it running. - Picture quality is really good, even at night. - Lots of configuration options: - Allows you to flip the image if you want to install it upside down. - Configurable pan control (PTZ control direction flip). - Motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted. - Timed video recording; you can choose the video quality and change the recording mode too. - Sends push notifications when an event occurs. Decent motion detection: - Sensitivity can be adjusted. - Draws bounding boxes (if needed) on images detected as humans. - Tracks detected humans. - Allows you to configure when motion detection is active. - Lets you define specific detection area - Can sound a siren or flash a light when motion is detected. Configurable PTZ: - Can set cruise mode to move through preset positions; allows you to configure up to 255 positions. - Supports 6 positions with live previews. - Lets you choose between cruising through preset positions or panoramic cruise (vertical/horizontal). - Microphone and speakers are powerful and sensitive. - Allows you to download videos for specific events (human/object detection). It labels these clips, making it easy to identify videos with events. Cons: - The cable is a little short. - Motion detection sometimes triggers on random objects like trees, occasionally misidentifying them as humans — mostly at night or in low-light conditions. - Feedback loop during two-way communication — you may need to fine-tune the volume and mic sensitivity to minimize echo. - Since there’s no preview for positions 7–255, it’s hard to know which ones are set. This can be inconvenient if the camera navigates through those positions in cruise mode. To delete them, you have to manually enter each number and delete them one by one. Overall: A very good camera — I’m happy with its performance and just ordered another one. I’d recommend this camera for its quality, reliability, and configuration flexibility.

Purchased last year jan 2025. Camera was good . Night view clarity is more better than other camera.

I received my Trueviwe camera on 12th October, and it worked perfectly until recently. The camera quality is really good, and I was quite happy with its performance. However, it suddenly stopped working yesterday. I’ve already raised a complaint, and I hope it gets resolved soon. Overall, it’s a good camera with great picture clarity, and I appreciate the quality for the price.

I’m particularly impressed with the wide-angle lens and the high-resolution video. But what really stood out was the customer support. I had a few questions regarding the installation process and some specific features of the system. The support team was responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to walk me through everything I needed and even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. One area for improvement, though, would be to make the customer care WhatsApp number more easily accessible. It was a bit tricky finding it, as it was only on the box or in the manual. It would be much more convenient if it were listed clearly on the product page or in the user guide. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend both the product and the company for anyone looking for reliable CCTV solutions!
