Great broth replacement for water fasting
Love this tea especially when doing an extended water fast. It is savory and hearty if you are doing a water fast for 3 or more days and easily replaces the craving for a broth or other calorie dense liquids.

Is good that this is now available in the UK marketplace under prime as last time had to wait 3 weeks to be delivered directly from India. But still quite expensive for what it is.

I usually have two sachets every morning mixed with a bit of honey. The taste is amazing!

Girnar Detox Green Tea is light, refreshing with a little bit of saltiness to it like a real Kahwa and not bitter at all. It brews quickly and tastes fresh in 30 seconds and very soothing.
