La poubelle inox EKO est un excellent produit qui allie esthétisme et fonctionnalité. Son design en acier inoxydable est élégant et s’intègre parfaitement dans une cuisine moderne. Elle fonctionne très bien, avec une ouverture fluide et un mécanisme robuste qui résiste à l'utilisation quotidienne. Le gros point positif est sans conteste la facilité de remplacement du sac : l'inox lisse permet l'extraction facile du sac plain, ce qui me posait problème avec mon ancienne poubelle, c'est vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement cette poubelle pour ceux qui cherchent un produit fiable et facile à utiliser !

I purchased two almost identical cans, from somewhere I can't remember, about 10 years ago. They had the symbols for TRASH and RECYCLE on the front. Almost everything about them was like an older version of this EKO brand motion sensing trash can. But they had no brandname on them. I ordered this can to be able to get rid of at least one of the original ones, because they drove me batty. The EKO can has no lip on the inside of the drum. The others did. It would catch every can or box or edge inside the bag as you were pulling it out. With this can, the bag comes clear every time. I use 20gal capacity bags, as the 13 gal are too small for this. I love the extra volume I get, and it fits in a space that fits in the corner of my galley kitchen perfectly. The stainless steel drum and plastic lid both feel like good quality, and the opening mechanism is quiet and strong. A wave of the hand and it eases right open. PLUS - this can only takes 4 AA batteries that fit into the lid with a twisting lock. The old ones took 8 AA's, and they had to be inside these holders that then went inside the lid. I lost numerous holders into the trash because they wouldn't stay locked in.

This is my second trash can by this company. I have had the first one for over 10 years and it is still working, I just wanted a bigger one. 21 gallon vs 13 gallon. It is tall almost even with my counters in the kitchen. Has a soft close lid and very easy to open and close. These are well made trash cans, I get the SS ones and the only plastic material is the top and base but also well made. Holds smell in them great. It is well worth the money spent on this, you will love it.
