wrong size and different materials
Ordered twice but still got the wrong size, need it next week and I have to order the third time. customer service didn't response yet.Also, the outer layers are not the same as you can see on the picture, it's actually more soft and thnner, not sure is it because they changed the materials but feel the layers are not enough to keep the temperature.

I have other products from here, but I’m afraid some of the ice packs were missing, the ones for the top of the foot and heel
