Uncomfortable, expensive, comes as a single insole only and impossible to return unused. Avoid.
I have mistakingly ordered this item, being under the impression that (as traditionally these items come in twos) - there would be two insoles. Yes, my error for not reading the small print full product description - but I feel the headline should make it clearer.As online ordering law allows 14 days product return, I tried to return the item about an hour after it arrived and I opened the plastic bag to see the content inside. The item was unused (I didn't even try to wear it!) - but the return on Amazon showed £0 return value (even after they have deduced and zeroed the Hermes charges @ £3.99 - the return should amount to £10.) Not happy with this service.Also, now trying it on, the insole is hard, uncomfortable and sticks up, rubbing against my sole.I have bought other similar products (two at this price!), and I am happy with those. I rarely place negative reviews, but this one had to be done.Please buy only at your own risk! Pretty but not very useful.Will not be buying the other item to match - this was a complete mistake, expensive for what it is, not giving my foot any comfort or support. I will need to dispose of the single, useless insole and move on.

The best of their kind I have used.
This is the second one of these I have purchased. I have a leg-length discrepancy after two hip-replacements. Having been issued with a couple of shoe inserts by the hospital, and buying several cheaper types myself, I find spending just a little more is, as is often the case, cheaper in the long run. They’re supportive of the foot and don’t slip around all over the place as all the cheaper ones did. The cheaper types often finished up under my instep, with the back edge digging into my heel.

it's good
This is a very good product but it was too small so I returned and ordered a large. It's quite expensive but worth it when compared with similar products. I'm size 9 but find the large a better fit.

Brilliant
This heel support does the trick, the boot I needed it for was too flat for me and I couldn’t wear them for very long because of that. Now I wear them all day without any problem

I had a hip replacement and it turns out that one leg is longer that the other. This product stops me from limping.
