Nice product
I Ordered this product on 21-July for my niece , received on 26 July.1. Battery : After charging fully the battery back is 3 hour with regular work no sleep mode . I will say its good backup2. Processor speed and Load : I am a programmer run my application like Docker , python , java , react , word press , The performance is quite good . Worth for this price .3. I purchased this product @23690rs , At this price this laptop is more than worth to buy.

Excellent Laptop and very Good condition
I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from RentOPC, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The Lenovo l490 32GB Ram laptop I received is in superb condition and works like a charm. The performance is fantastic, and it feels like a brand-new machine. I’m so impressed with the quality and service that I’ll definitely be buying another laptop from them in the future. Disappointed with Product and Customer Support customer service
I purchased this laptop just three months ago, and it has already developed serious issues. It stopped charging and only powers on when plugged in. Additionally, it overheats significantly while connected to power.I reached out to customer support, and they initially asked me to send pictures of the issue, which I did promptly. However, I have received no follow-up response via email or phone since then.Given the minimal usage and the premium price, this experience has been highly disappointing. I expected better product quality and customer service.

I m ordering this laptop from Amazon my seller was rentop pc laptop looks brand new today after one month of buying this laptop the battery was last 6 hours and condition is very much good as well as keyboard quality was amazing and laptop does not any heating issue thanks for rentop pc
