tried Solgar's 5htp before but decided to try a cleaner, purer format without herbs. Works better off a single dose, easier to swallow and it seems more impactful.

I am so pleased, they are really good for improving your mood. You can feel a bit sick at first however if you persevere, that wears off and you'll be sing along to Your favorate tune you have more energy and you are able to focus and concentrate so much more .

Alas, these tablets made me feel sick, so I binned them. Maybe you won't have the same reaction as me. An alternative is wheat grass juice powder. My mood is always greatly enhanced after drinking that.
