These little coasters are very nice. There are four of them and they are made of a rubber-like material. I like that they have ridges to catch the can or bottle sweat. They are non slip which is great if you are using them in a house vs in a vehicle. They are just the right size for a soda can. It would have been nice if they were slightly bigger for larger cups but of course they would then loose some versatility of using them in the car.
