I use this daily during my workouts. It’s always nice to have a little extra flavor than the water I drink all day. I love that I get some energy from it without getting too jittery. It’s helped me focus and not feel cramps during my workouts due to dehydration.

It's got great ingredients, good amount of aminos and the taste is really good not sugary. It mixes well, no clumping like other products. I use this before my workouts, definitely helps alot. Price is effective along with the amount of servings. Definitely purchasing again. Highly recommend!

I got this product strictly for the EAAs and the fact that it was said to be unflavored. Not only does this DEFINITELY have a flavor, but it is bitter and chemically and HORRIBLE. It doesn't matter what I mix it with, nothing disguises the nasty taste. The instructions say water but there's no way I could do it with just that. I tried it in flavored water, protein shakes (various brands/flavors), and in Smoothies. It's all bad. The EAAs may be good, but I honestly can't see myself pushing through with this long enough to find out.
