BEWARE - Company does not stand behind product
The media could not be loaded. As the repairman is fixing our Premier Force 90+, he tells me it is the Rolls Royce of water heaters. I say get a Volkswagen! I have a Premier Force 90+ ultra low no X 50 gallon unit. The original unit was purchased and installed in 2018. After multiple failures, the unit was replaced in 2024. Just one year later, the replacement unit is failing. Quoted parts and repairs come to $3600! I called the company, expecting them to cover some of the cost, but no such luck. Apparently, the warranty on the original unit carries forward to the replacement unit, so that the replacement unit, despite almost being new, is out of warranty. Any company that wants to be known for the quality and durability of its products cannot have this kind of policy. It shows a complete disregard for your customers, who expect you to stand behind your products. unless you have a spare $3600 a year to keep replacing this hunk of luxury junk I would stay clear!
