Work great at a great price

Great price, these were discounted so I bought the 3 pack. The work on keeping the small stuff from coming into our home from the towns water supply.

Filters that do what they are supposed to do! These were recommended by my plumber and I have been successfully using them for years. They eliminate sulphur smell abd iron.

This is the kind of item that I think makes sense to economize on. Where we are, here at the end of the water line for out neighborhood, we're going to change out whole house filter every 6 month and we're going to bleed out the water line to our house until it runs completely clear every time we do. (Not my favorite job.) The replacement filter doesn't need to be the high priced, top-of-the-line filter offered by the original company that made the whole house system in the first place. If it's made of basically the same material and it fits properly within the filter cannister, it's fine. Save your money. It's a filter, folks. It works fine, and you throw it away after it's been used.
