I believe it helped with my scalp health which helped the strength of my follicles which made them harder to fall. I dont know if it stopped hair from falling directly but I can tell my scalp feels better like any other part of my body with hair instead of a very delicate part like it used to.

I love this product. I think it is working. It's a little cooling, the tip of the applicator helps me control amount of product flows out. And I can use the applicator tip to massage the scalp too. So nice.

I have a dry scalp, so itches and dandruff every time. After using this product from time to time, the dandruff disappeared, and the itchiness changed from constant to occasional. There's nothing like this with any product.

This is a nice oil for my hair I love the shine and non greasy feel it has. I shed a TON of hair each day, so anything that can help prevent that I'll try out.The tip of the applicator is really nice, and it is not a greasy feeling oil seems to absorb well for my scalp and hair (at the ends). Great for getting between braids, or just reaching the scalp in general. Glad I tried it.My only issue, is that the ingredients list is only on the box, which I promptly tossed upon opening, so the label just has Korean, and that bums me out a little so I don't know if this is truly in line with my hair care routine. At least there are pictures here with the ingredients. It was more an oversight on my part, but still an issue for me.

I've got really long waist length hair that needs to be pampered in the winter. My scalp gets really dry and my hair loss and breakage after showering and brushing is more prevalent in these ice cold winter months. The applicator is the best I've come across yet. The other oils I've tried came with an eye dropper style applicator. This makes it much easier for precise application to my roots. I've been using this for over a month and it's actually really helping. My scalp feels healthy with no itching. I have to wear my long hair back in a bun at work and use a lot of hair products to keep everything in place. I was afraid this might make my hair look greasy but it was actually the opposite. My scalp feels and looks shiny and healthy. I've noticed less breakage and hair loss. This will be a new winter staple for me. In my opinion it's worth every penny. Five stars!

This root serum has a pleasant scent and makes my scalp feel nice. I like the idea of getting healthy hair from the roots, where the hair begins. I’ve bleached my hair for years and I’m currently growing it all out to get it healthier.I also love that this doesn’t make my hair oily (I tend to get greasy hair quick).
