This is an excellent massage gun. It is fairly lightweight and extremely powerful. In fact, I’ve only been using it on two out of five intensity because it is so powerful. The heat and red light attachment is very nice. I was having some facial pain around the eye and used the heat and red light on it and it was very soothing. But what I love most is the curved attachment with the four balls/protrusions. The attachment contours nicely around your thigh, calf or arm and works very well right through clothing. So when you are done working out your muscle tightness/soreness/fatigue with the curved attachment, you can follow it up with the red light/heat attachment and Voila, you have a multi modality tool!

I only gave the C2 Massage Gun 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 10 stars. Yep, it’s that good. I bought a MUCH more expensive massage gun and while it worked well, their product lasted just over a year. I then started to look for a better product with a better warranty. I did plenty of research and found The Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun and ordered it. One of the best decisions because this thing is fantastic. Much more powerful than the $300 massage gun that broke after a year. Fast forward 5 months and I had a problem getting the C2 to actually power on so I emailed customer service with the issue and in about couple of days and doing what they asked, the problem was resolved. THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW C2!!! Two things here, 1. The new C2 is working flawlessly and 2. The customer service team was absolutely amazing and very, very attentive to my issue. Mind you the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun was less than 3 times less expensive that the one that broke after a year. AND the C2 is used just as much or more than the more expensive one. This C2 Massage Gun is the perfect massage gun for everyday aches and pains and has done wonders for the pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. I want to add that I did purchase the extremely affordable extended warranty and even after Bob & Brad replaced the the product the customer service team added the 5 months of warranty on to the new product!! You won’t find a better massage gun for your needs, a better warranty or a better customer service team! Thank you Bob & Brad for your amazing product and the amazing customer service team.

The massage gun is excellent! Super well built, clear manual, and helped me and my wife a lot to relieve muscle related pain. After a few months of usage, it stopped charging. I live in Brazil, and since my daughter would travel to the US I thought about sending Bob and Bread an e-mail detailing my case, even though it was out of warranty. They promptly replied to me, asked a few questions to confirm the issue, and offered to send me a replacement unit for free. Besides this, to demonstrate their concerns with product quality, they offer me extended warranty due to the unexpected issue I had in about 1 year of light use of the massage gun. A true demonstration of customer obsession! I really recommend both the product and their post-sales assistance!

I bought this for skiing. I am 68 now and I have been skiing all my life but since I am older now a device like this really helps. Last season my friend had a Thera/Gun Pro i tried after skiing. It did a nice job but that was over $500. I wanted to get one but the cost was very expensive so I read the reviews of Bob and Brad C2 Pro Massage Gun with Heat and Cold Therapy and I decided to give it a try becasue it was within my budget I am very pleased with the Bob and Brad's massage gun. It is light weight and really helped my leg muscles and it did the same job as the more expensive Thera/Gun Pro. I was getting a nasty leg cramp from the first day of skiing this season and the gun was able to relax my calf muscle. I like the different attachments and the 5 speed settings. The heat attachment was great too. I highly recomend this product.

At first use, this seems like a well made product and will certainly be enjoyed in our house! 1 negative - the attachment heads seem like they unscrew too easily while using the massage gun. I'm constantly having to tighten or twist the head so it tightens back up. Many positives - Very quiet - Lightweight - Easy to use - Massages very well

I was in pain with a back muscle that refused to release from a cramp. I order this item and got it the next day.....today. I used it after reading the manual. It is a really deep tissue massager even on level one. So far it has done what I needed it to do. The muscle released. This appears to be a very well constructed item, it is kind of quiet. It is totally portable and re charges quickly. For what I wanted and needed this was a very good price. I will re evaluate at a later date but right now it is Excellent!

Very strong motor that hits tight knots and feels great. The head attachments included are thorough and comprehensive - I love the flat head that can cool and warm up so I can change the temp depending on my needs. They include a USB-C charger cable, spare rubber grommets, and a travel carry case which is very thoughtful and has let me enjoy it even when I'm overseas. The 2 year warranty is very generous, and they upheld it when my unit had an issue. This product is seriously great value and I use it every day.

Good massage gun for the price. I would like to have some slower modes but overall I'm still satiesfied with the five modes available. My device stopped working after a year. Contacted support and they were incredibly helpful and quick to send a replacement for free. Great customer support!

UPDATE REVIEW - DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS: I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch. Now it's April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it's DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it's DEAD. It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it's useless. I don't see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see. Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers. I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating "Pain Relief" this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory "Battery Life" well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won't have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the "Easy to Use" rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager....... maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it's job well; I would buy again. UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it's usually on the "low" speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it's a great massager. UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 .................. My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done. I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it's simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known. It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update. I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point. I was wrong about the "POWER SWITCH"..... there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It's embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it's TURNED OFF. As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months - NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here.... all I had to do is 1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that.... and.... 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button. I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience. Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct.....when I make a mistake I need to come clean.
