We ordered this bike for our 3 year old to learn how to ride, without training wheels. I wanted him to not have a "crutch" when learning and thought this would be a perfect fit. I researched the other bikes on Amazon as far as safety, ease of putting together, appearance and decided on this beauty...I do not regret it! Our toddler got it for Christmas and LOVES it! The seat is the perfect height, the wheels are small enough to keep it low to the ground, but big enough for him to ride on the dirt without getting bogged down. With his helmet on, it took him about 2 minutes to learn how to ride for the first time (he had a Chillafish Balance Bike before this). I highly recommend this bike to anybody looking to get their kids riding early and building confidence.

We purchased a 14-inch bike for our 3-year-old grandson. The bike is well built and heavy duty. We had an issue with the assembly, which would overall be simple under most circumstances. Our experience with the customer service folks, especially a kind gentleman named Akash, was excellent. Our concerns were addressed promptly and there was a satisfactory outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another bike from this company.

The media could not be loaded. the front wheel fork is too narrow, the wheel did not fit. the fork is about half a centimeter narrower than necessary. I had to ask the help of builders from a neighboring house to widen the fork; it took two men to do it.Overall the bike is excellent: light, without unnecessary parts. foot brake. Before this there was a bmx bike, it was heavy and the child couldn’t ride it

Got this for my son on his 4th birthday. He loves it! Especially because its his favorite color - RED!!My husband and I got it set up in about a half hour. We have an issue getting the front wheel on because a piece was bent, but we were able to fix it. We also had to go out and buy a washer because we were missing one in the package. But other than that, great bike. My son asks to ride it everyday!

I really wanted to love this bike. I’m big on reading reviews, and I spent so much time researching the perfect bike for my daughter’s Christmas present. I finally decided to buy this one and was so excited that I caught it on sale and received quickly. When I opened the box to put it together, I noticed the front wheel was not assembled on the frame. As I was attempting to attach the wheel to the frame, I noticed the front “fork” of the frame was bent. It was bent to the point that the wheel could not be assembled. The box that it was shipped in was not damaged, so I believe this is a manufacturing/welding issue.Not only was that disappointing. I contacted RoyalBaby’s customer service line, spoke to an actual person and was told to email the company about my defective bike. Well, that email was sent. Have I received any response? Unfortunately, no.Bike is in the process of being returned. Guys, think twice before buying. Hopefully other parents who have this model aren’t waiting until Christmas Eve and finding this issue.

I had my grandson who was turning 5 watch the video prior to taking him to the park to ride. He had played on a balance bike in his yard but never a pedal bike. He got on the bike and started off on his own. He said, 'I can't believe I'm doing it'. The bike is sturdy and the perfect size for him. It was so rewarding to see the smile on his face. Thank You.

BEAUTIFUL BIKE! OUR GRANDSON LOVES THE BIKE! Front fork is WAY too narrow for the front wheel and axle to be inserted into the fork! A very strong man possibly could spread the fork with brute strength. I could not do that. ...No access to "jaws of life" or other hydraulics. We used the lever principle of Archimedes (two 2x4 pieces to pry apart the front fork a few millimeters. Perfect fit! The rest of the assembly is very easy. There are a number of other reviews which comment on the narrow front fork.
