Stadea ADC101K Core Drill Bit Adapter for Threaded Diamond Core Drill Bit Hole Saw - Round to 5/8" 11 Male

I bought one of these for an SDS+ and another for SDS max. The threads are too short to be useful but it will work well with an extension. I bought a 6-inch extension and am using it for making 4 inch holes in bricks. A shorter extension would work too but I wanted to be able to go halfway through a wall from each side.

I gingerly used this adapter with a 6" core bit. Using slow speed and water I got my hole drilled. This will work if you are careful. You should also use a drill with a clutch to protect you and the adapter in case of a bind. I should note that the adapter is in good shape, no damage.

A had to grind heavy pitting of my cast iron skillet but didn't have an angle grinder. This was perfect. I was able to buy grinding wheels and cutting discs from hardware store and attach them to this adapter, to my drill. I bogged down pretty hard against the skillet with my drill, and this adapter performed beautifully.Good for anything that needs a 5/8 hole and 11-male thread.

A well deigned adapter. A must have for a tool box.

Having the option of using this Adapter is what I wanted to have on hand. Spare, Back-up and to use as itself.I used this adapter to polish Marble tile on a bathroom and shower renovation.I did purchase 2 - 5/8-11 to 3/8, & 5/8-11 to 1/2.

Well it’s true an been holding ok. Had good ship but cutter took forever to get here. Why’s that?
